Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality information;
Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
If included in your resume, your health data (such as disability status);
Your education status, certificate and diploma information, expertise information, foreign language information, information regarding your skills, seminars and courses you have attended, computer knowledge, exam result information;
Your work experience information (for example; sectors, companies you have worked for before, your position, responsibilities, salary you received);

Your military service status information;
Your reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person);
Other information that you have voluntarily added to your resume but that we cannot foresee

Your personal data specified above are processed for the following purposes in order to carry out this job application process related to the employment service we provide to you:

• Determining the position you want to work in, your salary expectation, whether you can work in other positions and your start date,
• Determining whether you can drive a vehicle when there is a need to use company vehicles,
• Determining your suitability in terms of age for the position to be proposed to you and ensuring compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Employment of Child and Young Workers,
• Ensuring that you can be easily remembered by our human resources department when you come to the interview,
• Being able to contact the candidate and, if accepted, prepare the personnel file,
• Determining whether you have a condition that may interrupt your work during the employment contract period and ensuring compliance with Article 75 of the Military Penal Code No. 1632.

The personal data in question are processed automatically (for example, being automatically sent to our system via the internet) or non-automatically (for example, taking note of information you provide to us over the phone) based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law: (i) “it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, (ii) “it is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, and (iii) “it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract”.
