INFORMATION AND CONSENT FORM ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As PROTON OTOMASYON ELEKTRİK MAKİNA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“PROTON”), we attach the utmost importance to ensuring the security of your personal information that you have transmitted to us either while using our website, by filling out the relevant application forms, or through other means, within the framework of the relevant legislation, particularly the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the relevant international agreements to which our country is a party, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), any of your information that makes your identity identified or identifiable, including your special categories of personal data, will be processed by PROTON in its capacity as Data Controller. Your personal data shared with our Company within the framework of customer, supplier, employee, and other relations; in accordance with the KVKK; completely or partially connected, limited, and proportionate to the purposes of processing, accurately and up-to-date, may be processed, recorded, stored, preserved for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes; primarily as PROTON OTOMASYON ELEKTRİK MAKİNA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, it may be transferred to relevant third parties domestically/abroad, including but not limited to business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, relevant regulatory institutions, official institutions; and may be stored, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, and classified in these places. By our company in the capacity of data processor, informational and promotional emails and/or messages may be sent to you, phone calls may be made, or this service may be carried out by purchasing it from third parties. Your personal data may be stored and processed by our Company as the data controller for purposes such as understanding the needs of our individual and/or corporate business partners, responding to their requests faster, and improving our communication to provide better service and/or receive services, informing you about us, obtaining your opinions about our services, developing, improving, and diversifying in line with your requests and needs, and along with these, performing our necessary quality and standard audits as stipulated by the relevant laws and legislations, or fulfilling our reporting and other obligations stipulated within the scope of the relevant legislation. This service can be received from third parties. Your personal data, within the scope and purpose specified above, but not limited to these, can be collected and your consents can be obtained verbally, in writing, or in electronic environment through channels such as written or verbal communications made with our Company over tools like the website, our social media accounts, various contracts, electronic mail, application forms, etc. Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 07, 2016, and the rights you have under this Law are specified below:

You have the right to;

1. Learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
2. Request information if it has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. Know the 3rd persons to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad,
5. Request correction if it is incompletely / incorrectly processed,
6. Request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and request notification of the operations performed to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
7. Request notification of the operations performed pursuant to articles 5 and 6 listed above to the 3rd persons to whom it is transferred,
8. Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to it being analyzed exclusively by automated systems,
9. Request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

With this information, you have accepted irrevocably that the necessary and sufficient notification has been made to you completely both verbally and in writing pursuant to the Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, and that you understand and accept the content of the notification.

By reading the above-mentioned information and with the approval of this document, you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data by PROTON, its sharing with the above-mentioned parties, and its processing by these institutions.
