· Requesting correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
· Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data,
· Requesting notification of the operations carried out for the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
· Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
· Requesting indemnification of damages in case of incurring damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Within the scope of the rights specified above, you may submit your requests pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller with a petition in person to our address provided above, deliver it via a notary public, or transmit it using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address. In this context, applications to be made in person will be accepted following the identity verification to be performed by us; and your requests will be concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
