b) Providing the visitor wireless network connection
c) Ensuring the security of the visitor's company

Within the scope of the relevant provisions of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with the relevant departments within the Company for the purposes set forth in Article 3 of this Privacy Notice and in order to ensure security, or with judicial authorities in case it is officially requested.

METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

PROTON collects your personal data from you during the establishment of your business relationship with our Company and during the continuation of the said relationship, for the purpose of providing the above-mentioned objectives and services within the framework provided for in the provision of Article 5 of the Law.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data.

· Requesting information if personal data have been processed,
· Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their · purpose,
· Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
· Requesting correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
· Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data,
· Requesting notification of the operations carried out for the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
· Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
· Requesting indemnification of damages in case of incurring damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

IF YOU WISH TO CONTACT US FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND DEMANDS

Within the scope of the rights specified above, you may submit your requests pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller with a petition in person to our address provided above, deliver it via a notary public, or transmit it using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address. In this context, applications to be made in person will be accepted following the identity verification to be performed by us; and your requests will be concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
