This disclosure text has been prepared by PROTON OTOMASYON ELEKTRİK MAKİNA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, method of collection, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights within the scope of KVKK.
Proton Otomasyon® also operates as a design center and carries out engineering and product development processes. In this context, it contributes to the design, development and production processes of the products and systems belonging to the group companies, including the RCIcast® brand.
Your personal data such as name, surname, phone and e-mail that you share through the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the business units to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, conducting the relevant business processes, and being able to contact you regarding the matter you have applied for. In addition, we do not have absolute control over the information you share through this form. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and special categories of personal data that you do not want us to know.
The aforementioned personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of KVKK: “it is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” and “it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”. It may be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in legal disputes and, if necessary, with authorized public institutions and organizations.
