As PROTON OTOMASYON ELEKTRİK MAKİNA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Proton Otomasyon”); within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation and legal regulations, we have prepared this disclosure text in order to inform our Visitors, Online Visitors, Customers, Potential Customers, Supplier Employees, and Supplier Representatives regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data.
Proton Otomasyon also operates as a design center and carries out engineering and product development processes. In this context, it contributes to the design, development and production processes of the products and systems belonging to the group companies, including the RCIcast brand.
1) What Are the Categories of Personal Data We Process and for What Purposes Do We Process Them?
Your personal data is processed by Proton Otomasyon in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4.2 of KVKK;

2) What Are the Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data?
Your personal data listed above; is collected through physical means such as order forms, contracts, visitor forms or through information systems and electronic devices (e.g. telecommunication infrastructure, computers and phones), third parties (e.g. KKB and Findeks), our website and other documents declared by the relevant person, by automatic or non-automatic means.
3) What Is the Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data?
Your personal data is processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of KVKK;
(I) Explicitly stipulated by law,
(II) Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
(III) Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
(IV) Being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
(V) Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
If it cannot be based on one of these, it is processed based on your explicit consent.
4) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to Third Parties?
a) Personal data belonging to our visitors may be shared with law enforcement authorities and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.
b) Personal data belonging to our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.
c) Personal data belonging to our customers are transferred, within the scope stipulated by legal regulations, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with legislation, following up and execution of legal affairs, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations; and to our group companies, cargo companies, insurance companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the execution/audit of business activities, the execution of risk management processes, and the proper performance of our services. In addition, the said personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.
d) Personal data belonging to our potential customers may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.
e) Personal data belonging to our supplier employees are transferred, within the scope stipulated by legal regulations, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with legislation, following up and execution of legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and execution/audit of business activities; and to group companies, cargo companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. In addition, the said personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.
f) Personal data belonging to our supplier representatives are transferred, within the scope stipulated by legal regulations, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with legislation, following up and execution of legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and execution/audit of business activities; and to group companies, cargo companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. In addition, the said personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to judicial authorities in order to be used as evidence in legal disputes that may arise in the future.
5) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data Abroad?
We do not transfer your personal data abroad.
6) How Can You Exercise Your Rights?
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of data subjects, to Proton Otomasyon through the “Data Controller Application Form” prepared for your convenience in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller”, available at “https://www.proton.com.tr/”.
